DNS Manager

The server DNS Manager lists hosted zones and gives authorized operators one place to inspect or edit DNS for accounts they are allowed to manage.

Where to find it: Open the Server menu and choose DNS Manager. Conditional items appear only when their service is installed and available.

Available to: Root and resellers. A reseller sees only delegated accounts and provider-approved packages or features.

Before you start

A correct record in SHM does not change registrar delegation, and public DNS may remain cached until its TTL expires. Confirm who is authoritative for the zone before editing it.
