Backup Schedules

Backup Schedules lists recurring backup jobs and shows when, where, and how each job is expected to run.

Where to find it: Sign in as root, open Server > Backup, then choose Backup Schedules.

Available to: Root only.

Use Backup Schedules for provider operations in the server scope. Read the current state first because actions here may affect several accounts or shared services.

Before you start

A restore may replace current data. Confirm the restore point, target, scope, free space, customer approval, and what will happen to newer files or records before starting.

Use Backup Schedules to create, find, inspect, or recover the documented backup scope. Do not start a restore until the point, target, replacement behavior, and customer approval are clear.

How to use it

1. Open Backup Schedules in the correct role and confirm the selected target.
2. Review the current values before editing them.
3. Change only the fields required for the task and read any confirmation carefully.
4. Wait for a final result, then test the affected service or resource.

Result and next check

A successful backup creates a usable restore point; a successful restore replaces or recreates only the selected scope. Do not call a job complete until its final status and the recovered service have both been checked.
