Email Accounts
Create email inboxes for your domains and manage their passwords and storage.
Where to find it: Open the account, choose Email Accounts, then open Email Accounts.
Available to: The account owner, their reseller or the server administrator. Availability depends on the hosting plan and installed services.
Before you start
Mail changes affect delivery and sometimes existing client connections. Confirm the exact address or domain, preserve credentials, and use delivery reports or the queue to verify the result.
Why use it — and when not to
Use Email Accounts for the selected account or server mail workflow. Use DNS Manager, Services, Mail Queue, or Delivery Reports instead when the problem belongs to delegation, service installation, queued transport, or delivery evidence.
How to use it
- Choose the domain and create the required email address.
- Set a password and mailbox storage allowance.
- Open Webmail or configure an email app, then test sending and receiving.
Mailbox access and client credentials
Mailbox security separates app passwords, Webmail two-factor authentication, access controls, and IP restrictions. Login, incoming delivery, and outgoing sending can be restricted independently; inspect the affected direction before assuming a password reset is needed.
Per-mailbox IP policies can inherit account defaults or use the supported override. Use Service Access for defaults and Protected Mail for one-time app passwords. Test both receiving and authenticated sending after a policy change.
