AutoSSL

AutoSSL finds eligible hosted domains, requests or renews certificates, installs them, and records the validation result.

Where to find it: Open the Server menu and choose AutoSSL. Conditional items appear only when their service is installed and available.

Available to: Root and resellers. A reseller sees only delegated accounts and provider-approved packages or features.

What this page does

Use AutoSSL for provider operations in the server scope. Read the current state first because actions here may affect several accounts or shared services.

Before you start

AutoSSL can affect server-wide or multi-account behavior. Review the current state, expected service impact, and rollback path before applying a change.

Why use it — and when not to

Use AutoSSL for the resource described on this page. Choose a narrower account or reseller page whenever the task does not need server-wide authority.

How to use it

  1. Open AutoSSL in the correct role and confirm the selected target.
  2. Review the current values before editing them.
  3. Change only the fields required for the task and read any confirmation carefully.
  4. Wait for a final result, then test the affected service or resource.

Result and next check

A successful action updates the selected SHM resource and returns a final status. Read that status and verify the resulting service before treating the work as complete.
