Check your SHM license, account allowance and available add-ons.

What this page does

The page shows the current license state, product/package information, allowed account count, registered IP/server identity, and add-ons reported for the installation. These license features are separate from a customer’s account package and feature profile.

Before you start

Treat the install token as a secret. Verify that a token belongs to this intended installation before activating it. A service may also need to be installed and enabled even when a license permits it.

Refreshing or activating

Force License Update requests a fresh licensing status. Install Token / Activate License applies the supplied activation token. Read the returned result and reload the displayed state before account creation accounts.

Account creation is subject to the license account limit as well as reseller/package capacity. Advanced-backup capability is evaluated from the license state; do not infer availability from the word “PRO” or from a customer-created package name.

How to use it

1. Check the status and registered server identity.
2. Use Force License Update if the entitlement changed or the displayed state needs refreshing.
3. For a new activation, enter the intended install token and submit once.
4. Verify the resulting license state and account capacity.

Result and next check

The installation is activated for the intended server and the displayed limits match the current entitlement. Keep tokens out of support screenshots and ordinary logs.
