Email Forwarders
Send incoming messages from one email address to another.
Where to find it: Open the account, choose Email Accounts, then open Email Forwarders.
Available to: The account owner, their reseller or the server administrator. Availability depends on the hosting plan and installed services.
Before you start
Mail changes affect delivery and sometimes existing client connections. Confirm the exact address or domain, preserve credentials, and use delivery reports or the queue to verify the result.
Why use it — and when not to
Use Email Forwarders for the selected account or server mail workflow. Use DNS Manager, Services, Mail Queue, or Delivery Reports instead when the problem belongs to delegation, service installation, queued transport, or delivery evidence.
How to use it
- Choose the address that should receive forwarded mail.
- Enter the intended destination and save the forwarder.
- Send a test message and check that it arrives at the destination.
