Node.js Manager

Create and manage Node.js applications in your hosting account.

Where to find it: Open the account and choose Node.js Manager.

Available to: The account owner, their reseller or the server administrator. Availability depends on the hosting plan and installed services.

How to use it

1. Create an application from the intended project folder.
2. Choose its Node.js version, start command, port and website assignment.
3. Start it, read its log and open the website to verify the result.

Discovering projects and repairing an app

Use the project discovery view to inspect the package, candidate startup file, and available start script before creating an application. Choose the intended domain, root directory, runtime version, startup behavior, and environment. Filter existing applications by domain or version when several apps are present.

Start, stop, restart, and repair are different operations. Read the action output and logs, then test the proxied application URL. A running process does not prove that the selected domain points to the right port or that the app is responding.
