1.Our current approach
Synconix uses first-party cookies for authentication, trusted-device security and related account functions. We also use limited browser storage for preferences, session-refresh coordination and unfinished Enterprise request drafts.
On the production public website, the Google tag, public-page measurement and Google Analytics visitor/session cookies are active by default on eligible public pages. The tag is not loaded on Client Area, sign-in, registration, recovery, guest-ticket, withdrawal or other account flows.
We do not deploy advertising cookies, advertising pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising technologies. Rejecting Analytics does not reduce site, account, support, security or payment functionality.
A payment provider is loaded only when you enter a payment flow or choose the relevant method. Those transactional technologies are described separately below.
3.Local and session storage
Browser storage is not sent with every web request like a cookie. The application reads it on the device for the specific purposes listed below.

4.Google Analytics on public pages
The production public website loads the Google tag for Google Analytics 4 measurement ID G-NNF5V4XZ71 and measures page views by default on eligible public pages. Analytics storage is granted by default; advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google signals remain denied.
Google may receive the eligible public page path and title, referrer, timestamps, public-content engagement, browser/device and network metadata, and approximate location, and may use _ga cookies and a persistent Analytics client identifier. The tag file itself is requested with no referrer.
We use this measurement to understand aggregate visits and engagement with public product, documentation, blog, forum and legal content. You can disable or re-enable Analytics at any time using the controls on this page; disabling stops collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies.
Client Area and all authentication, registration, recovery, verification, guest-ticket, contract-withdrawal and private Blog preview routes are outside the analytics route allowlist. Moving from a public page into one of those routes disables collection before the client-side route transition.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in the site configuration. We do not use this integration for cross-site behavioural advertising.

5.Payment technologies
Synconix uses the configured Revolut integration for card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment scripts and provider-controlled storage are requested in connection with the payment flow, for method availability, fraud prevention, wallet authentication and transaction completion—not for advertising.
The exact provider cookies or storage can vary by method, browser, device, account and provider release. They are controlled by the relevant provider and may be first- or third-party in the payment context. Closing or cancelling a payment does not necessarily remove provider data already required for fraud prevention or transaction records.

6.How to manage browser data
Use Enable analytics or Disable analytics at the top of this page to change the default. Disabling stops further Analytics collection and attempts to remove the _ga and _ga_<container-id> cookies accessible to this site. You can also remove all site data through browser controls.
The separate Clear browser preferences control removes theme, Docs layout and unfinished Enterprise drafts. It does not contact Synconix, revoke a trusted device or sign you out. Use Sign out to remove active authentication cookies and the profile security settings to review or revoke trusted devices.
Most browsers also let you inspect, block and delete cookies and site data for a specific domain. Blocking all cookies can prevent sign-in, payment and security functions. Clearing browser storage can remove theme, layout and unfinished form data.
Server access logs are not cookies and cannot be cleared through browser settings. We use them for delivery and security according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention criteria.
7.Future optional technologies
If Synconix introduces advertising or another optional technology that requires consent, it will be disabled until a valid choice is made. The interface will provide comparably clear accept and reject choices, granular information, no preselected optional category and an equally accessible way to withdraw consent.
We will update this inventory when a cookie, provider, purpose or material duration changes. A technical service necessary for a transaction you expressly request will not be mislabelled as advertising, and an optional tracker will not be mislabelled as required.
