1.Our current approach
Synconix currently uses first-party cookies only for authentication, trusted-device security and related account functions. We also use limited browser storage for preferences, session-refresh coordination and unfinished Enterprise request drafts.
We do not currently deploy analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site behavioural advertising technologies on the website. Because there is no optional analytics or advertising category to accept, we do not show a consent banner with artificial choices.
A payment provider is loaded only when you enter a payment flow or choose the relevant method. Those transactional technologies are described separately below.
3.Local and session storage
Browser storage is not sent with every web request like a cookie. The application reads it on the device for the specific purposes listed below.
| Key | Storage | Purpose | Duration and control |
|---|---|---|---|
synconix-theme | Local storage | Remembers System, Light or Dark theme selected by the user. | Until cleared. Removing it returns the site to the system theme. |
synconix-docs-sidebar-width | Local storage | Remembers a user-adjusted Docs sidebar width. | Until cleared. Removing it restores the default width. |
synconix-portal-session-refreshed-at | Local storage | Coordinates periodic trusted-session refresh checks in this browser and avoids unnecessary requests. | Until cleared or overwritten. It contains a timestamp, not an access token. The application checks hourly and refreshes when due after 12 hours. |
synconix.enterprise-pricing-draft.v1.<category> | Session storage | Preserves an unfinished Enterprise request: product category, message and request identifier. | For the browser tab session or until the request is submitted or cleared. |
4.Payment technologies
Synconix uses the configured Revolut integration for card, Revolut Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment scripts and provider-controlled storage are requested in connection with the payment flow, for method availability, fraud prevention, wallet authentication and transaction completion—not for advertising.
The exact provider cookies or storage can vary by method, browser, device, account and provider release. They are controlled by the relevant provider and may be first- or third-party in the payment context. Closing or cancelling a payment does not necessarily remove provider data already required for fraud prevention or transaction records.
| Provider | When contacted | Policy |
|---|---|---|
| Revolut | When the invoice payment interface prepares or runs card or Revolut Pay functionality. | Revolut Privacy Notice |
| Apple Pay | When Apple Pay is available and selected on a supported Apple browser and device. | Apple Pay & Privacy |
| Google Pay | When Google Pay is available and selected on a supported browser and device. | Google Payments Privacy Notice |
5.How to manage browser data
Use the control at the top of this page to clear Synconix preferences stored by your own browser. It does not contact Synconix, revoke a trusted device or sign you out. Use Sign out to remove the active authentication cookies and the profile security settings to review or revoke trusted devices.
Most browsers also let you inspect, block and delete cookies and site data for a specific domain. Blocking all cookies can prevent sign-in, payment and security functions. Clearing browser storage can remove theme, layout and unfinished form data.
Server access logs are not cookies and cannot be cleared through browser settings. We use them for delivery and security according to the Privacy Policy and applicable retention criteria.
6.Future optional technologies
If Synconix introduces optional analytics, advertising or another technology that requires consent, it will be disabled until a valid choice is made. The interface will provide comparably clear accept and reject choices, granular information, no preselected optional category and an equally accessible way to withdraw consent.
We will update this inventory when a cookie, provider, purpose or material duration changes. A technical service necessary for a transaction you expressly request will not be mislabelled as advertising, and an optional tracker will not be mislabelled as required.
7.Contact
Questions about a cookie or browser technology can be sent to support@synconix.com. Please include the page, browser and approximate time, but never send an access token, password or full payment-card details.
